Tierney Zlacki

Owner/Educational Consultant & Advocate

With 14 years of experience in education and child development, I’ve held roles such as teacher, consultant, and director across public and private settings, supporting students from preschool through 12th grade. I have extensive experience supporting students with disabilities and collaborating with medical, behavioral, and mental health providers. I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education and Education Administration, along with graduate certificates in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.

My heart has always been in helping children and families. Fighting for your child to get what they need can feel xhausting and overwhelming. I am dedicated to ensuring children are getting the support they deserve and are entitled to.

My services:

*IEP/504 advocacy

*Educational and developmental consultation and planning- this includes identifying needed evaluations and services, assisting in school/program placement and transitions, and collaborating with school teams and outside providers

*School observations

*Outsider provider and systems support

*1:1 community therapy to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth

*Tutoring

and more!

While I have been fortunate to work with educators and outside providers that are passionate about helping children, there is a huge gap that exists between the support that children need and what they are actually receiving. A collaborative, comprehensive approach results in the best outcome for your child.

As we all know, it takes a village, and without an experienced individual who is well-versed in this world, many children and families are underserved.

In every role I’ve held within school systems, I was limited in the depth of support I was allowed to provide. That’s why I built my own services- so families receive thorough, individualized advocacy without institutional constraints.

I know how painful it is to feel unheard while your child’s needs go unmet. You deserve clarity, support, and advocacy that actually makes a difference. My goal is to ensure each family I work with is provided with the type of guidance, support, and advocacy that every child should be afforded.
